COST:  The cost of Outdoor Group Fitness and/or Athletic Agility Training varies dependent on the number of days of participation & the clients specific requirements. 

  • Recommendation:  Participate in a FREE class on a Saturday to solidify your decision of joining.

  • Apparel:  T-Shirt/Tank Top/Other Apparel are available for purchase, both for members and individuals who desire to support our efforts.

BENEFITS:  Achieving and Surpassing Goals & Aspirations, Being in the Best Shape of Your Life, Building Strength & Muscle, Fun, Weight Lost, Team Camaraderie & Support and etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:  HopFit Nation will make every attempt to conduct the scheduled Outdoor Group Fitness and/or Athletic Agility Training in spite of the cold/hot temperatures, rain, snow, and etc., however we value everyone's life and safety and unfortunately have to make the tough decision to cancel for the safety of everyone.  If at anytime you are not comfortable participating due to inclement weather, please utilized your discretion to do so.  There are NO MAKEUP/RAIN DATES for any cancellations.  Notification of cancellation is conducted via text messaging.

CLASSES HELD AFTER SUNSET:  Due to the Change in Seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall), Daylight Savings inclusive of the Sun's Equinox and Solstice, we will be periodically conducting Outdoor Group Fitness at Night (Fall & Winter).  Our locations are held in very lit areas.  We take all  precautions to secure your safety in your respective participation.

PARTICIPATION RULES

Arrive 15 minutes early to stretch & warm up
(We strive to start promptly because everyone's time is valuable)

Bring a Mat & Hand Weights | Come Hydrated & Bring Water
(We have additional equipment on a 1st come, 1st serve bases)
